The place is handy for our travel, but the room really needed a deep clean—A/C vents and filters were so filthy that the unit couldn’t cool properly. The bedding and towels looked clean, yet the walls and interior doors were grime‑laden.

The location fit our travel plans nicely and a good lunch/dinner spot was within walking distance, offering tasty and reasonable food. The room had a pleasant feel, a decent table and chairs beside a larger‑than‑expected fridge that included a working freezer, making it feel homely and clean. I did need extra blankets because the room stayed a bit cool.

Unlocking the room door to find a flyswatter hanging on the wall was a bad sign. We killed at least four moths and lost count of the flies before we could turn off the light and go to bed. Dead flies, dust, and other debris were everywhere in the corners and under the bed, making for a poor experience.
