I had a terrible experience with the customer service; the front desk staff was unwilling, rude, and even charged us extra. The same receptionist handled the breakfast service, but the breakfast area was infested with cockroaches, and when I tried to complain, she was not even present.

The hotel was spotless, the staff were helpful, and the location was convenient close to the Cozumel ferry. Breakfast featured freshly ground coffee, mini waffles, no eggs, apples, and juice.

The place is charming and quiet, the pool area is neither too big nor too small but great, pretty and very tranquil; you can feel the calm. The continental lunch is ridiculous: a plate of sweet ham, two jars of jam, bread, a small wicker basket with pasta, a waffle machine and coffee; don’t expect anything more, and it doesn’t open at 7:00 as they say, it’s 30 minutes later. The internet is terrible. A site so charming, quiet, pretty, clean that it loses out because of that lunch is a pity; if they improve both things it would be recommended 100 %, I wouldn’t repeat it just because of these failures, otherwise there are no complaints.

The breakfast was terrible – almost nothing was offered and the coffee tasted burnt – and the room was tiny, with two small beds and a lot of noise.
