Nothing good. From the start the owner’s rude attitude made the stay horrible. He gave my partner a room that was filthy and unclean. It was a smoking room even though we didn’t ask for one, so it smelled of old smoke and the floor was sticky from it. Blood covered the bed and sheets, the pillows were dusty, the smoke alarm had been removed, there was no soap or shampoo, towels were dirty, fixtures were broken, the TV was broken, the bed was broken, and they wouldn’t refund us. My partner and I had to book another hotel that night and sleep at the Apple Inn, which was the worst experience of our lives. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone because it feels unsafe.

It’s close to downtown and there are decent food options nearby, but it could use a few more amenities like a coffee maker, ice machine, and hair dryer.

Everything was great: the place is peaceful and relaxing, and the staff are very respectful.
