The location was amazing, just a few minutes by bus from Plaza de España and 10 minutes on foot from Villa Borghese. The staff were very friendly, and Lourdes, who spoke Spanish, took care of me very well. Definitely, when I return to Rome, this will be one of my first choices. The only issue was that the elevator and the Wi‑Fi were a bit unreliable.

The welcome was good. The bed was comfortable. The small fridge was very handy and free water bottles were offered. The reception was open 24/24, but at night you sometimes hear people talking or watching videos.

Finding the hotel is a bit tricky because it sits inside a historic townhouse, but the setting is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and pleasant. The staff are very calm and attentive. The breakfast room is a bit small, fitting only six people.
