The location is good, but the rooms aren’t atmospheric and there’s noticeable deferred maintenance.

The venue offers a superb balcony view, perfect silence, and beautiful nature. The restaurant left something to be desired: at dinner we had fish and ravioli in the same sauce, indescribable; a little effort there and a white tablecloth would be appreciated.

The food, décor, staff, and dishes were good, yet at 472€ per night we expected a certain standard; the room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the baby bed was missing, the wall posters were plain, a 500€ bank charge hadn’t been refunded a week later, and the bar waitress didn’t bring the correct orders—over 30 minutes waiting for two drinks was unacceptable.

In the indoor pool changing room, there was no soap in the toilet area either.
