Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The breakfast was good, but the room and bathroom were neglected: there was water and hair under the sink because the shower leaked beneath the glass, and the shower and rain shower had no pressure and looked bad with limescale and deposits.

Nothing good, everything bad.

The breakfast was fine, but the TV, the bathtub had no plug, and the lights were very old-fashioned.
