The staff were nice, but I ended up with the dirtiest roommate and another who suddenly vomited at 4 am.

The location is good, but the facilities are old and the restrooms weren’t very clean.

Der var rent og pænt og der var hvad man skulle bruge. Super god lokation - tæt på centrum, indkøb og gondolen. Afløbet i brusekabinen virkede dårligt så der kom vand over det hele desværre. En god ide til næste gæster ville være at tænde for varmen før de kom for der var sørme koldt da vi kom 😆
The place was clean and tidy, but there’s no laundry service. They claim it’s available, yet after check‑in they say only staff can use it during the day, guests only at night, with no times given. The manager didn’t apologize for this lack of clarity. Roadworks and heavy machinery nearby caused building vibrations that disturbed rest before 8 am, and other renovation work sometimes blocks the entrance.
Everything was perfect; the staff were outstanding and very helpful in fixing my telephone and other travel problems!
