Everything was in order; the check‑in was easy (I managed to get there on time), welcoming, quiet, and comfortable. No problems. The water pressure in the bathroom was low, and a plug socket near the bed would have been handy—these are non‑issues.

The hotel itself is fine. I booked dinner at the on‑site restaurant to meet friends, and the food was excellent and reasonably priced. The breakfast, however, was terrible. One waiter had to serve many guests and outside diners. I ordered a vegetarian breakfast with an overcooked fried egg and a cold fresh tomato. After 45 minutes the plate arrived with a soft fried egg. I asked for the egg to be cooked properly, so the waiter took it back for 10 minutes, then returned it with the egg done and the tomato cooked. I told him I wouldn’t eat it like that and he agreed to make a new plate. Another 25 minutes passed before a new plate arrived, this time so small it seemed fit for a 3‑year‑old. At checkout I asked to speak with someone in charge, but the shift manager was the same waiter. He didn’t say a word to defend my complaint.
