The pool is nice, the gym has good equipment, and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast is great with a wide selection, and towels are available separately at the pool and gym. The smell is a bit off, and only a few towels are provided. It’s a bit far from the city center but close to the train station. The pool gets no sun in the afternoon.

The bed is comfortable, room service is good, the food is delicious, and the staff’s hospitality is excellent. The only downside was the noise from the Imam’s prayers—very loud in Indonesia. The hotel couldn’t do much about it, and it was the only negative point.

Kasur dan bantal yg nyaman , tidak terganggu suara dari luar di waktu tidur malam. Check in bila memungkinkan di jam 13.00 - 14.00

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the laundry service was satisfactory, but the location was not particularly convenient since the hotel is not very close to the main street or central area. The facilities are quite dated, especially the bathroom, with a lot of mold stains on the walls that raised hygiene concerns. The air conditioning leaked, leaving water all over the floor, and the bedding wasn’t clean enough, showing visible stains on the sheets.

The camera was wide and clean, the structure modern with a pool and a good restaurant, and the buffet breakfast was excellent!
