Beautiful location and friendly staff. We stayed one night, two nights would have been fine too. They offer game drives among other activities. Even though it wasn’t busy, they took the time to prepare a generous dinner and a tasty breakfast. The grounds are very well kept. They’re renovating the accommodations, but guests notice little to nothing of that. A great pick for starting or ending a tour from Windhoek.

I found the lodge an ideal starting point for a tour; after a two‑hour drive from Windhoek I arrived in Namibia feeling completely relaxed. The staff were very friendly and immediately shared a lot about the country, and the meals were tasty and reasonably priced.

The drive from B2 to Khan River felt like a miniature safari game drive, and the lodge buildings and surroundings were absolutely stunning—pure Africa. The manager greeted us personally, was very amiable, and walked us through the grounds and our room, while the chef cooked the best meals of our African holiday, warm, engaging, and a real pleasure to talk with.
