The location can't be beat, it's super central and makes exploring a breeze.
The pool area and restaurant were both really nice.
We had an amazing family holiday here, the pool and facilities were really impressive.
The staff at this hotel were really friendly and helpful - Ella in the bar was a standout, and the guys at the door in the lobby were great with our kids.

Room was great size for family off 5. Room was quite noisy with sounds off traffic, sounded like bedroom window was open. All was closed. Appart from that it was great

The hotel offered good child-friendly facilities and a convenient location for onward travel, but we were turned away from the restaurant because of a prebooked party despite a no‑booking policy, and the 5 am noise from loud thumping music woke the whole family even though a quiet period was promised from 11 pm to 7 am.

Food was lovely and not too pricey as Ireland is usually very expensive . Staff were nice and friendly . Only one lift working which looking back at reviews has been an ongoing process . This is very busy hotel so this should be a priority to get this fixed . I have poor legs so I struggled to climb 4 floors but I seen older people much worse off than myself
The rooms were large with big beds and free parking, yet the décor felt a bit soulless; for the price, a decent breakfast could have been included, and the soap left my hair puffy, the AC leaked, and a puddle formed at the room entrance.
