The welcome and personal touch were nice, the overall space (outside, breakfast room) is good, the room is well equipped and pleasant even though it’s on the top floor, the breakfast is extra with homemade items. The mini‑pool in the photo looks optimistic, but the view is actually a roll of blanket and farther away than shown.
