“Great location, basic but clean room but would not use again!”

The property sits in a great spot, close to the station we wanted for our cruise transfer. However, there was no toilet paper and I sent a message to the owner with no reply, so I had to use kitchen roll. Breakfast was listed in the booking but never arrived, and another message went unanswered. We ended up buying breakfast at a café across the street around 10:15 am. The booking said 11 am check‑out, but when we tried to leave the building the app we used to access the building said 10 am check‑out, so it stopped working. We rang a few bells and someone let us in, but the same issue happened with the digital lock on the apartment. I called the two numbers on the booking multiple times with no answer; eventually they texted a link 90 minutes later. I asked why the check‑out time differed, and still received no response.

“Gutes Zimmer mit Self Check in”

The location is good, close to many key places, restaurants and sights. Supermarkets and small shops are nearby, and the train station is 100 m away with direct airport access. The room has many windows and is spacious, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is served in a nearby café, where I got coffee and a Cornetto, which was fine. It can be noisy; I hear cars and motorcycles outside. The fridge is loud and I’d suggest a quieter model. I had trouble finding the B&B; a sign on the door was vague about which floor it was on, causing confusion. I received many emails from the self‑check‑in service, and after a flood of information I relied solely on that. I got into the building and apartment, but not into my room. The PIN for the room was buried in a long string of messages in my Booking app, which felt cumbersome. I just wanted to get into my room, but needed the PIN, Booking app, check‑in service, key, and 14 messages via app, SMS, and Booking app.

The room is well equipped and the quality of the supplies is appreciated. The common areas (kitchen) work and have everything needed. The breakfast tickets for the downstairs café are excellent, offering a very real and tasty local experience. The accommodation is well connected (buses, trams, trains a block away), but it is somewhat far from the main tourist attractions.
