A Velux cabrio balcony offers a panoramic view of Innsbruck and the Alps. The suite sleeps four with one double bed, an extra sofa bed, and a crib available on request. The private bathroom includes a bathtub and an open‑top design. Air‑conditioning is provided for warmer weather.
The room was clean and in top condition, very cozy with nice Innsbruck details. Check‑in and check‑out via online registration were very easy and relaxed, and for a small extra fee we could even check‑in earlier. The door to the stairwell was quite audible, otherwise it was quiet and not too noisy.

Location and cleanliness.
Very good location for a break on the road, close to the highway. We travelled in a group of 6, including 4 children, and received one room with 2 huge beds and a large bathroom; everyone slept well. The breakfast was delicious, the place was pleasantly clean, and the views were beautiful. Highly recommended.
“Tolles Hotel in Innsbruck”
Great hotel with a beautiful family room, centrally located. Plenty of parking on site (daily rate 9 Euro on Parkstraße). We arrived spontaneously to go to a football match. The Wacker Innsbruck stadium is a 10‑minute walk away. Friendly staff at the hotel. The furnishings are very nice and the atmosphere pleasant. Billa supermarket is a 2‑minute walk. Shopping centres are a 20‑minute walk. Many local restaurants near the hotel. There is a wellness area that can even be booked alone for 12 Euro, with sauna, whirlpool, fitness room, water bed and solarium.

Zero sound insulation, we slept very badly because we heard noise from the balconies, the corridor and the neighbouring room; we could even hear the neighbour’s phone vibrate because the walls were so thin. The shower head wasn’t fixed in the shower. The non‑smoking room smelled of cigarette. The AC was rather old and noisy; the neighbouring room’s AC beeped every 5 minutes. In conclusion, a hotel with potential, but a very poor value for money.
