“Great hotel in convenient central location”
The location is great and the service excellent. The Rolls are really well designed and super comfortable, yet only one lift was working, so we had to wait a long time.

The hotel feels modern and is close to the university. The staff were super friendly and we enjoyed the spa, but there were only two lifts and one was out of service during our weekend stay.

Central location and friendly staff. Rooms lack a coffee machine, only instant coffee is available, the handheld shower was discoloured suggesting mold, and the elevator was out for several days.

Location is good. Clean and comfortable. Nice staff and good breakfast. Complimentary drinks in the mini fridge is a great touch. Good car park very close/ prebook and get the discount code. One lift was out of service all weekend meaning long waits for the other and that too once broke down. Could use another coffee machine at breakfast as was a wait at times. No shelf / basket in the shower for putting your toiletries on
