The doors were broken, the walls were dirty, there was a smell of food throughout the hotel, and mold. The cooling was bad, the photos on the booking site didn’t match reality. In reality we couldn’t stay there; arriving around 21–22 h when we saw the room we found broken doors, dirty walls, food smell, mold smell, we requested a change but the new room had the same conditions. We contacted the booking service, but unfortunately they didn’t resolve the situation and we were left to find other accommodation, while the money for 4 nights was blocked and we never stayed, the booking service asked for photos, we sent them but never got a response. Disappointed with how the booking service handled the situation!
