The beds were comfortable, but the toilet flooded the bathroom during our stay, forcing us to switch rooms. While moving, staff mishandled my belongings and smashed my $150 face serum; the manager promised reimbursement, which never materialised. Very disappointed.

I felt that every detail of the stay had been considered, from the comfortable bed and indulgent bathtub to the huge, fun coffee cups. The hosts gladly helped with everything we asked for and were genuinely friendly and cheerful.

The manager and staff were extremely accommodating and kind. We came for my birthday and they were so great in creating a wonderful experience

They were very helpful, we arrived late and booked last minute. The facilities are great and new, nice pool, all kitchen appliances and comfortable bed. Good internet considering Sri Lanka is always a struggle. The owner was always available and ready to help. The location is not bad, but not super close to the center. If you have a car or scooter, it doesn’t matter.
