An amazing hotel atmosphere (cozy and homely), very friendly and helpful hosts. Delicious breakfasts. Great location for hiking, close to the beach, and the sea water was incredibly clean. Overall beautiful scenery. Close to other stunning towns.
The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom was a good size, and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. The smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on Sunday was especially tasty. Restaurants, pubs, and cafés were all within easy walking distance, and the host was welcoming, helpful, available, yet unobtrusive. The location was ideal for walks and for accessing the coast path.

A great spot for heading out to sights like St Michael’s Mount and Lizard Point, plus a nice cooked breakfast. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Our room had a private bathroom, but it was on a landing with creaky floorboards, and although we never ran into other guests, I wondered if we might have disturbed them in the middle of the night.
