A wonderful experience: the bed and pillows are comfortable, the air conditioning is super cold. The food at the restaurant is delicious and Mr. Borgia Francisco is a real gem in his service and dedication. Like everything in life, a hotel in a castle after 20 years only needs a touch of paint and new chairs in the pool area, but everything else was a great experience.

I liked the location, but the room was cramped and the bathroom door was so narrow I kept bumping into the toilet—pretty bad overall.

The setting was nice, yet the lift was broken, there was no table in the room, and the water flow was very weak.

It’s a reconstructed castle, beautiful, full of charm and style from the era, a privileged spot with incredible views. Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was decent, the location and surroundings were outstanding, and the effort to restore a historic place was well deserved. Some maintenance is missing.
