Breakfast was good, and the AM staff were friendly. I booked a hot tub room and arrived at 3 PM, only to be told it still needed cleaning and that we’d be put on priority. After waiting 5 hours, I learned none of those services were actually available—frustrating from the start. I asked to speak to someone and waited another 40 minutes, only to find no one had called the manager. I said enough and just went to bed in the room we finally received, slept, had breakfast, and will never return.

Location and service were good, but the beds were on rollers so it was hard to sit up. Breakfast was meager and there was no coffee.

Great location right off the interstate, easy to find and felt safe. The breakfast staff member—her name was Lynn—was super friendly and fun to talk with, and the breakfast itself was very good, a step up from most continental breakfasts. The room and bed were clean, very comfortable, and had everything needed for a one‑night stay.
