“Home away from home”

Christine and Erwin were very welcoming and so friendly! The staff—Makena, Alphonse, Sam, Ali—were out of this world and super friendly. The bed was very comfortable, the food fresh and delicious. We carried decor for our son’s 2‑year birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a memorable moment. Sam, the chef, made a very delicious chocolate cake! We are truly grateful and enjoyed our vacation. Nothing else—our son got sick (a viral infection) and our doctor suspects it could be the swimming pool. We found it clean but it could be disinfected more in the future.

“Perfect! Will for sure come back when in Kenya again”

The tents were very nicely designed, the bed comfortable, and a hot shower on a cool afternoon was great. Owners Christel and Erwin and the full staff were very welcoming and friendly, so I felt immediately like a valued friend. Excellent food, especially the breakfast offering was outstanding. The road access is a little bit challenging; I was happy to drive in a high‑clearance 4x4.
