Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The bathroom was filthy, the shower was clogged, and I had to take a bath using the sink's faucet. My cousin's bathroom had a dirty toilet, and there were no amenities or towels provided. I had to ask for a towel at the reception, and to make matters worse, I was given a single bed instead of a double bed, which I had specifically requested.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who were always available at the front desk. The rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities like water, soap, and shampoo. However, the hotel's location is a bit of a drawback, as it's not within walking distance to the city center and can be challenging to catch a taxi during rush hour.
