The spot was spot on, the flat was tidy and the host was welcoming—highly recommend.
There was a bad odor, and when it rained everything started to smell musty because of dampness. The sheets and towels were heavily scented, probably to mask the smell. Trash cans on the bathroom side stank through the window. The furnishings were very old and out of date. A power outlet was non‑functional, covered with adhesive tape. I have evidence and photos.

Everything needed to survive was available, the landlords were super nice, and the location was top. There was nothing to complain about.
The bed was solid, and the large parking spot in front of the building at €3/day was great. Overall, the place was quiet, very good, and centrally located. Still, for a “work‑in‑place” stay it could have been cleaner and more hygienic, especially in the bathroom.

The host was very friendly and the apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything you need. The bed was excellent and I slept wonderfully. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to return. Thanks 🙋🏻♂️
