Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The hotel, service, food and drinks were all excellent. The Legendary (vacation club) presentation and interaction with their staff was frustrating and wasted about half a day of our holiday.

The food was delicious, and there are several restaurants available. The layout inside the hotel room was confusing, and there wasn’t always a golf cart available to take you from your building to the lobby.

Exceptional. I liked everything.

The specialty restaurants UMO and TAI were excellent, especially the service from waiter Nicolás during the last week before we left, but the Legendary loyalty program staff were downright pushy, insisting I buy their vacation plan, wasting two hours and dragging me to a prize‑hook display; saying no was met with disrespect.

The room was recently painted, but the odor was unacceptable and I couldn’t stand it; no options were available, so we had to move to another hotel using Booking. The place wasn’t kept well.
