I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel. After a long day of traveling and working, my team and I were left waiting for over an hour and a half in front of a locked gate due to a staff member's alleged key loss, which turned out to be a miscommunication. To make matters worse, the person responsible for letting us in was rude, intoxicated, and blamed my staff for the issue.
