“Overall, while the location is great, the overall experience did not meet my expectations for the price.”

Excellent location, right next to the Christmas markets. Easy access by car for drop-off and pick-up. Clean and well-maintained. The check-in time is officially in the evening, but combined with a 10:00 AM check-out, it creates a very short and inflexible stay window. There is no luggage storage or shared space to compensate for this, which is disappointing. The host did not arrive in person and only allowed entry at 6 PM. Despite the very minimal facilities, no free luggage solution was offered — only paid alternatives. The accommodation itself felt extremely basic: just a bed in a room, no kitchenette, no common area, giving a dormitory-like feeling. Considering the price, I expected more effort or flexibility

“Il s'agit d'une arnaque : chambre partagé 2 lits superposés pas de serviette, il est froid”

Nothing good, shared room that wasn’t advertised, expensive, and still waiting for the bill after many reminders. No towel, the room was frozen all night. I was the only woman with three men I didn’t know in the room—very risky. My roommates were also upset, tried to reach the owner who didn’t respond. It’s a scam, stay away.

“Do not stay there the guy will scam you as he requires deposit so he can give you the keys.”

Nothing

The accommodation was very well located, clean and quiet. However, the bathroom lacked a shelf for toiletries and a bin, and the room was missing a coat rack—small additions that would have helped.

Nothing. I booked a single room, paid for it, but when I tried to book again it still listed a single room. Instead, I was offered a shared room with four other people. My complaint was ignored, so I found another place in Colmar.
