The facilities are gorgeous, the staff from reception to housekeeping are excellent, and the location and cleanliness are top‑notch. A few small improvements would help: add a chair on the balcony for a mate, and make the pool stairs more accessible for people with mobility issues.

The staff were top‑notch—friendly and really committed. The only hiccup was that one day they forgot to clean the room. We left the sign on, but there was no broom or mop nearby, so walking through the muddy floor during a two‑day rain spell was a real nuisance.
