10/10 for this property! Everything about it was perfect—from the staff and room to the location and breakfast—it’s by far a superior property. Angelle and the team were extremely helpful; I couldn’t ask for a better customer experience, thank you.

The hotel’s central location is unbeatable, and the staff were super kind and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and fully equipped. The only drawback was the winding path to the room and the narrow corridor.

I liked the location and the room itself, but when we got there we learned that the balcony we booked was actually a back one, not a front. The lift was broken, so we had to climb the stairs every time, and the area was less than ideal with a mattress blocking the landing and laundry facilities. The toilet door wouldn’t slide because it was jammed, and the staff barely apologized, just saying “it just broke this morning.”

Die zentrale Lage in der Republic Street. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Achtung: Taxi's können nicht vors Hotel fahren - Fussgängerzone. Der Taxifahrer wusste nicht, wo das Hotel ist. Er hat mich dann am City Gate ausgeladen und mir einen Weg erklärt, der nicht korrekt war. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Espresso-Kaffeemaschine. Das Hotel verfügt weder über ein Restaurant noch über eine Bar. Im Parterre befindet sich eine kleine Cafeteria, wo auch das Frühstück serviert wird. Die Cafeteria ist völlig unterkühlt auf 16 Grad und auch nicht besonders schön eingerichtet und ist ab 16.00h geschlossen. Das Hotel hat ganz generell überhaupt keinen Charme und die Einrichtung ist langsam in die Jahre gekommen. Der Lift war defekt, das Treppenhaus ist eng und unfreundlich. Ab 16.00h benötigt man einen sechsstelligen Zugangscode um ins Hotel zu kommen. Die Patio bei meinem Zimmer ist tagsüber nicht benutzbar, weil es schlicht und einfach viel zu heiss und vor allem auch der Küchengeschmack sehr unangenehm war. Das Badezimmer ist gross, aber es war jeden Morgen eine Herausforderung zu duschen, ohne das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser zu setzen. Preis/Leistung stimmen für mich nicht

Great location, considering it’s in the centre you don’t hear the noise which is lovely! The air was fantastic, room was clean. Unfortunately we had bad ants,earlier reviews suggest this is a problem which I had missed
