The spot is great—quiet street, close to a bunch of restaurants and bars, and the yard was really peaceful. The only downside was that it was Monday and the on‑site restaurant was closed, which was a bummer because the menu looked delicious.

They offered a decent light breakfast, but we ended up heading out anyway. The outdoor seating was lovely, and the walk to downtown CDA was short and convenient. The service at the restaurant left something to be desired, and the live music on the lawn clashed with the stereo playing on the patio.
