It was a large room, close to public transport. The lobby area was ok. Staff were very unfriendly, away half the time, didn't offer help with anything. Although a woman came on the second day, she was much better. Hated the codes to get around. Not clean, doors not hanging properly. Just no charm, so sterile.

We were deeply disappointed. The shower drain failed, flooding the bathroom and spreading water to the door and sink, which kept filling while we used it. Around 11 p.m. or midnight we had to call reception and request someone to clean and dry the room. The staff said they'd either change our room or fix it the next day, so we spent the night in a damp, moist room with an unpleasant odor that ruined our comfort and rest. The following day they claimed the issue was resolved, but we only received a 10 % refund, less than €40, and no other compensation. Cleanliness was also poor: dishes were dirty and not properly washed, toilet paper was only supplied when we asked, and the room was cleaned only upon request. The price was not justified by the quality of the accommodation or service. I would not recommend this place, especially for families. If you’re considering staying here, double‑check everything and inspect the room before booking. When we raised concerns, the staff said they couldn’t help further and we’d have to contact them directly. **Please clarify everything in advance before choosing this accommodation.**

I liked the overall hotel. Its location is more or less close to Sagrada Família, making it easier to reach the famous or other places in Barcelona. I didn’t like that some pieces of furniture are badly placed together or even broken.

From the first moment the service was excellent, the location offers easy access to the city center and the tourist bus, the facilities are comfortable and ideal for rest, everything is clean and in perfect condition, and the food is excellent with great variety, quality, and quantity. The TV screen was broken in the morning, but that wasn’t a big deal for us since we were visiting Barcelona; we just put a few water bottles in the room.
