“Discusting place, made our stay in whitegorse awful and not worth it”
I was disappointed right away: the room was filthy, the tub surround was broken, curtains were falling apart, the bed sheet had stains, and they never asked me to remove my shoes—so I ended up buying a shower curtain to cover the bed and still didn't undress. When I saw the damage, I asked for a refund within about 5 min of checking in, but they refused, even after I showed them the rusted bathtub and the overall mess. I would not recommend this place, and I think it should be shut down by health authorities.
