Free beer. The rooms were not cleaned, the bathroom only had a towel changed, we stayed two nights and the trash was taken out but no new bag was provided. The room was dirty and had a strong musty smell.

The location was close to the destination and we had a comfortable stay. There was nothing else to add.

The front desk woman was very good, but the young, permed male at the dining reception had a terrible attitude—no eye contact and just handed over the ticket. Also, we were next to a room that stayed up late into the night, which left us sleep‑deprived. I ended up writing the good points under the negative section.

Nice staff, good buffet, alcohol included, good public baths. The place was a little run down but not bad.

It’s easy to stay here alone, and I appreciated the free drinks during dinner; the open‑air onsen was a nice touch. However, there was a bit of mold in the bathroom and toilet.
