The structure is right on the beach, but due to a storm at the start of December 2025 the beach in front of the hotel disappeared. Few comforts for the price paid, and it needs renovation. Cleaning was lacking.

A magnificent spot on the edge of a picturesque cove overlooking a coconut grove and the sea. From the balcony you can watch turtles right on the shore and then swim with them! The hotel’s on‑shore restaurant offers tasty, varied cuisine. The staff are friendly. The rooms are nice, though some things need repair. The atmosphere and balcony view make up for it.

The location was spot‑on, the rooms were spacious and spotless with a view of Coconut Tree Hill, and there was no soap or foamy bath. The breakfast, however, was sluggish and it seemed the staff didn’t understand what I wanted.

We stayed a couple of nights and had mixed feelings. The room was large with a balcony and a stunning view. Yet the sheets and pillowcase were missing, as if they thought staying in that heat was a bad idea. Inside the wardrobe we found two wool blankets, which was oddly funny. The plumbing was almost dead; we even tried to revive the toilet ourselves. Overall the scenery was a dream, the hotel’s location was convenient, and the breakfasts were wonderful, but I wouldn’t recommend staying long. Another point: we booked a taxi via a Telegram channel and ran into local tuk‑tuk mafia. Near the hotel, these tuk‑tuk drivers parked aggressively and demanded that we use only their services, trying to snatch our luggage and force us onto their vehicles. We left in a hurry. I’m not sure if the hotel management knew about this, but it made us decide whether to extend our stay or move elsewhere. The plumbing was ruined, sheets were missing, and like everywhere in SE Asia, cleanliness isn’t a big deal; humidity is high and mold is present.
