The sheets were clean and the air conditioning was quiet and efficient; the wall socket with three connectors near the bed was convenient. A water dispenser was in the lobby, but a light switch and a small table between the twin beds would help keep phones charged. The spot is close to the bus terminal, great for late arrivals or departures, and the Balikpapan City Trans can reach it during its operating hours. Food stalls are within walking distance. The shower head in room 21 had mould and should be replaced. The room was clean, though the bathroom and cupboard were not. The TV was broken. There was no cup or glass in the room, but I could request one.

The lodging was clean and strategically located near Terminal Batu Ampar, with laundry service available and a JNE, Minimarket, and street food right in front. I was surprised when my room was opened without prior permission; I saw trash in the bin and the AC was turned off. Normally, I never turn off the AC in hotels or other places because the room is cold when I arrive. Suggestion: if you want to clean the room, ask first, because not everyone is comfortable with that.

The place is close to Terminal Batu Ampar, JNE, Yova Minimart, offers laundry service, and is near various restaurants and street food. The accommodation was clean but a bit old and the room smelled like Apek when I arrived. “Simple good place”

It’s a budget-friendly spot near the bus station with shops and eateries around. Public areas were clean, and hot and cold drinking water was supplied. The bathroom was neglected, with no hot water or towel provided. They could install a small shower water heater in each bathroom.
