“Waste of money!”

Walking in, the room already smelled like Lysol, which I initially thought meant it was clean, but it turned out to be a masking tactic. I had booked a Jetted tub room, yet the jets were black and clogged with hair. Mold grew at the bottom of the curtains, so I asked the front desk lady to swap rooms. She was new and clueless, so she called the manager who then came to the hotel, switched my room, and publicly reprimanded the front desk staff for looking at the other jetted tub room, which was also filthy. Breakfast was awful: everything was microwaved—biscuits, sausage, eggs still had water, bagels, bread, cereal all hard. The boiled eggs in the fridge were burnt with brown spots on the shells. Checking out early, I had to wait because the morning staff didn’t know how to process an early departure. When the cleaning crew arrived, they barely made the beds, didn’t clean the room, just tossed out the trash and spread the comforter over the bed without tucking it in or re‑making it. I will never stay here again.
