The front desk and manager were nice, but there was no ice because none of the machines were working. The place looked run‑down and they mentioned a remodel was coming, which explained why things weren’t kept or fixed. Several items in the bathroom were broken, and I was very disappointed with this Hampton Inn. All the other Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at are very nice, but this one let me down.
