“Worst experience”

I've got to say, the hotel's got some major issues. The first thing that hit me was how dirty the area in front of the hotel looked - it's like a slum area, to be honest. And when we got to our family room, I was shocked to see how dirty it was, with broken bath tubs and no cleaning done. But the worst part was when I discovered that the door lock was damaged, leaving our room unlocked for a whole day. The staff's initial response was pretty poor, which made things even more frustrating.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, but the noise from the street was a real issue. I was a bit worried when I saw the small room, but it was actually spotless and had everything I needed. The staff were really helpful, especially when I checked in late, and they even offered to help me with my bags. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but it was definitely worth it - the pastries were freshly baked and the coffee was top-notch.

The hotel's got some real strengths - the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the food is absolutely top-notch. You can ask them anything and they'll sort it out in no time, usually within 2-5 minutes. The only real letdown was the parking situation, which was a bit of a disappointment. It's not what I was expecting from the pictures, and it could've been better managed.

“Excellent experience guaranteed”

We had a great experience at this hotel thanks to the fantastic manager, Mr Ravinder. He genuinely cared about our comfort and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast was a bit lacking, with no hot food options available - it would be a big plus if they could add some items like eggs, sausages, or pancakes. Despite this, we'll definitely be back as long as Mr Ravinder is at the helm.

“Chadranee”

This place really delivered on its promises. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, but still quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The rooms are cozy and clean, with everything you need to feel at home. And the garden is a lovely oasis, a great place to relax and unwind. The stalls selling local handicrafts and food are a nice touch, adding to the overall charm of the place. Overall, I was really impressed with my stay here.
