Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The room was clean and roomy, with a comfortable bed and couch that made us feel at ease throughout our stay, and the on‑site washer and dryer were a real bonus; the staff were very helpful and friendly, and honestly I liked everything.

We already paid in full but the hotel charged us again for both rooms, and after messaging twice they still haven’t responded, so the double charge remains unresolved; I can’t understand why the computer system can’t show which guests have paid, even after we red‑flagged it—Residence Inn Portland did the same and double‑charged us.

The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly; the buffet breakfast, which was included, was one of the best I've ever had, though it closed early at 9:30 a.m.

The location was excellent and parking was hassle‑free; the facilities were good and the staff friendly, the laundry room was easy to use and the gym was well equipped; the room was spacious and very comfortable, though we didn't always receive new coffee pods and the room wasn’t cleaned daily.

There were fewer amenities in the kitchen and no hooks for towels or napkins, which was a drawback.
