The front desk staff were very polite, which was nice. I was exhausted after Disney, so the bed was comfortable and I fell asleep quickly. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned; when I turned on the shower it foamed, and hair was found on the towel and sink, so it didn’t feel clean.

The station is close and there's a shopping mall nearby. I couldn't find any real issues, except that the bath felt a bit dirty—maybe the walls? That's about it.

The location was perfect for visiting Tokyo Disney, and there were plenty of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The free shuttle made getting to and from Disney effortless. The air‑conditioning unit made the room feel very cold, staying roughly the same chill from 16 °C to 22 °C. It would help if an English instruction sheet were provided so non‑Japanese guests could adjust the AC more easily.

The Disney shuttle was convenient. The room and facilities smelled old and the overall look was dated. The room felt filthy, the bedroom lights were poor, and the bedding didn’t feel clean or properly set up.
