Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Our host Emilia was very kind and ensured the stay was memorable. The location was convenient and the rooms were perfect. The only issue was traffic noise outside the premises, but that’s beyond the hotel’s control.

The host, Amalya, was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and available all day. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was a fresh, tasty European spread. Mara, who managed the dining area and rooms, was also very kind and made sure we were satisfied. There’s parking on site, and the hotel is close to the center. The rooms are well‑furnished, and there’s a nice courtyard. I highly recommend this place; it’s excellent.

Communication was great from the moment we booked until the end of our stay. The staff were fantastic, especially Emilia at reception, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious enough for us as a couple and comfortable throughout. Breakfast was good and we were satisfied overall. We enjoyed all four nights. The laundry mat is about 5 minutes away and requires cash. The bus stop is a 5‑minute walk; bus 008 takes you into Sorrento and back, dropping you just outside the hotel. Train service is hit‑and‑miss, but the station is roughly a 15‑minute walk.

We stayed in room Lilla, which was very clean and welcoming. Mrs. Emilia was always available for any request and gave us practical travel tips, especially since we parked our car for the whole stay and used public transport. Mrs. Maria, who handled breakfast, was also friendly and helpful. The road is very busy, as expected along the Amalfi Coast, and the noise can be heard from the rooms, but the new windows keep the chaos out. The breakfast could be improved with less processed items and more “healthy” options for those avoiding sugar or wanting lighter fare (oat, soy, or rice milk, sugar‑free jams, nuts for yogurt, sugar‑free juices, peanut butter, rye bread…).
