“Une magnifique expérience et rencontre”
Everything was absolutely perfect with Luisa: her warm welcome, the information and advice on regional activities (several guides and maps available), the comfortable cottage decorated tastefully, her efforts to make our stay flawless, the breakfast she prepared in the room around a lovely table with her homemade biscuits, and the delicious local cuisine we enjoyed in the evening at the house‑guest table, which we highly recommend. We will cherish the wonderful memories of our two nights at Luisa’s and remain deeply grateful for her generous hospitality.
“Geweldig!”
We really enjoyed our time with Luisa. The stay is truly amazing. The beautifully restored old building has thought‑out details everywhere. We also had two evenings of Luisa’s cooking, which was fantastic! Highly recommended.
“L’alloggio è una vera chicca all’interno del centro abitato. Caldo e confortevole, è dotato di ogni comfort e curato in”
Very welcoming and meticulous in every detail.
“AUTHENTIC VILLAGE EXPERIENCE”
We booked S'Ispera to taste real Sardinian village life and it delivered. Luisa’s room, freshly renovated, offers every comfort while keeping old‑world charm. She cooked for us both nights, the meals were tasty and generous, and the breakfasts that arrived each morning were sumptuous.
“This was an amazing experience, highlighted by our highly responsive, super-nice host.”
We spent three wonderful days at B&B S’Ispera. The apartment is welcoming, modernly renovated yet respectful of tradition, with a comfortable bed on a mezzanine. The hospitality is attentive, cultured, yet spontaneous. Luisa prepared breakfast for us and, as a seasoned cook, served two delicious traditional dinners (charcuterie board, pork, malloreddos, cannonau), all homemade. She also suggested a nice walk to Branco Spina and Punta La Marmora and told us about the history and traditions of Fonni, where she was born and raised. Fonni’s murals were a pleasant surprise. We’ll return next year with our kids and take a traditional cooking lesson with Luisa. Before leaving she showed us the new kitchen with a wood‑fire oven she’s just started using for individual and group lessons. It’s a pity we have to wait a year to come back…
