The location was spot on - we were close to the Palace and cathedral, trendy shops and bars, and even had a metro station right opposite.
The staff here were really friendly and provided top service, from the doorman to the spa and restaurant staff at SOMO.
The breakfast here is honestly amazing, and the staff are all so nice and helpful.
The hotel itself was lovely and clean, and the staff were really friendly.

A clean, indulgent spot right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Vía. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and the service was exceptional. The spa was perfect with great treatments, and overall the value matched the price.

Unfortunately, management needs more improvement to earn a 5‑star rating.
