Self‑check‑in worked perfectly, everything looked fairly new, the parking was a short walk, and a nice little bakery is just 300 m away.

I liked how fresh and well‑located the place was, but there was only one pillow per bed and they felt flat; there was no air‑conditioning, and the surrounding noise was loud—though I’m not sure what’s going on on the property.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Höfn, so you can stroll to nearby restaurants for dinner. The property was clean and comfy, with plenty of free parking. The shower stayed nice and warm after a day of exploring. The room got warm and we couldn’t find a thermostat; the large street‑facing windows made it hard to open them without letting in noise, and keeping the shades open left the room very bright.
