I liked nothing. The place was super unclean and the staff extremely rude. Peter at reception talked behind my back, assuming I didn't understand the language, and told another person I was stupid for booking and should book directly. At 3.00 a.m. people were banging on my door while my flight was at 5.35 p.m.; they apologized. The rooms were so unclean that when I asked to change linens because of hair and unclean pillows, he said he couldn't; when I requested a refund he refused and gave me a different room. Terrible experience, traumatizing. It doesn't look like a hotel, more like a guest house, not a hotel.

Great location, shuttle to airport, clean and tidy rooms, and great staff. The bathroom's hot water took a long time to reach lukewarm, and a bench for toiletries and clothes would be useful.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful; rooms and linen were clean with a freshly made bed.

The staff were friendly and the location was great, but the shower water wasn’t hot enough—though that’s just a personal preference.
