“Encontro no Minho”
The view, location, and room comfort were great. However, getting into the parking lot was a nightmare because it was covered in mud.

The spot is spectacular, the house is super clean and well equipped, and the surroundings are idyllic. It’s a part of Portugal where you have plenty of nature options, the ecobias are a treat for the senses, and the town of Valdevez is amazing. And of course Patricia is a delight; she attended to us wonderfully and is a fantastic host. Nothing was missing; everything was incredible.

The outdoor area is very well maintained, the garden is pretty, and the pool is very pleasant. It’s perfect for relaxing while enjoying the views and the calm of the place. The house is spacious and comfortable, and I’d definitely come back! I liked everything, but I’d suggest a cover over the parking area and a shower at the pool. Still, the stay was fantastic, and we’re planning to return next year.

The tranquility, the pool, and the very comfortable bed made everything perfect. The only downside was the many flies that bit everywhere, which was very unpleasant.

It was a great experience! Everything was very, very good. Warm reception, immaculate cleaning, great location, excellent pool, all very nice. The kitchen is very well equipped, more than I expected (panes, pot, toaster, toaster, coffee machine, magic wand…); I wish I’d known about that earlier, but it wasn’t a problem—everything can be cooked easily. It’s very peaceful being in the village, but 15‑20 minutes gets you to the town, which we love most. The sound insulation isn’t great; a dog upstairs made everything audible, even from inside to outside. The parking path is also not ideal, very bumpy and muddy.
