The surrounding atmosphere was pleasant. The infrastructure needs upkeep, and the coordination between the booking site and the hotel was poor – they asked me to pay for the reservation a second time.

Everything impressed us—from the venue, décor, food to the decks. Our sea‑front suite was beautifully appointed with a private deck. Yeraldín was extremely attentive, making sure we were comfortable and well‑served, and the rest of the staff were equally polite and helpful.

They cancelled my reservation a day before arrival for no clear reason, took almost 70 days to refund me, and offered no alternative accommodation; a terrible experience with this hotel that I would not recommend unless you want to risk arriving without a place to stay.

We spent two lovely days at this hotel; the welcome was warm and the staff especially attentive. The place offers many activities and a varied menu featuring local products alongside more classic options. If you want a relaxing escape far from everything, this is perfect, with sun loungers provided and easy beach access that makes for a real disconnecting moment. A special shout‑out goes to the unique vibe: the hotel’s dogs, breakfast outdoors surrounded by parrots and other birds, make the experience even more out‑of‑place. I recommend it! However, the island is hard to reach on your own; most activities and travel are almost exclusively run through the hotel, which can limit your freedom. Also, finding a boat to get there without using their service is very difficult and their transport is relatively pricey.
