Parking. The cleaning was terrible, the air conditioner dripped water, the bathtub leaked when full and flooded the bathroom. Insects came out of the sink drain! There were hairs on the bed.

The staff was very welcoming, the room was comfortable and clean, and everything met our expectations. The restaurant was not only helpful in letting us eat late because of our late arrival, but we were met with great kindness by the staff, so thank you very much!

The hotel is a bit far from town, but that’s not a problem. I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the restaurant; it was as good as top‑quality exclusive restaurants but for half the price. Breakfast was perfect, and the staff were always available to help. The amenities were limited or absent (water, tea, coffee, etc).
