The attention of all hotel members was good. The rooms are excessively small and the bathroom smelled like pipes. We couldn’t use the washing machine because it was dirty even after we did a pre‑wash.

Everything was just super, right near the exit of the hotel – the entrance to the metro and a Family Mart. Next time we’ll take a bigger room, but it wasn’t critical. When we felt increased humidity, the staff offered to move us to another room, but we simply turned on the air‑drying mode in the room’s climate system and everything normalized. Excellent location, very reasonable price.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. It’s right next to a Family Mart, which was great for breakfasts, and next to the metro for the city centre. The rooms were quite small – the norm in Japan versus Europe – and it’s two metro stops from the city centre with little price difference from similar hotels closer.

The hotel’s proximity to the station made getting there a breeze, and the whole place looked tidy and clean. However, the room lacked water for the pot and instant coffee, there was no outlet near the sink, and the tatami and fridge counter made the space feel cramped.
