The hotel is very unique, the rooms are awesome, the service is fantastic, and the location is great for walking to various attractions.

The staff’s friendliness was outstanding, and the room’s design down to the smallest detail was spectacular. The location is fantastic, close to everything, and the à la carte breakfast offered a wealth of delicious options. My front‑facing room was very bright. However, the hotel should have installed double‑glazed windows to reduce street noise; it’s fine at night but the afternoon is quite noisy.

Breakfast was fabulous with great options. The staff were genuinely lovely and eager to make your stay great, especially Wills and Kelly who provided warm, attentive service. The only downside was the very short length of stay.

ANIMA is a charming boutique hotel in a great location in central District 1, making it convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City whether for sightseeing or work. The hotel feels warm and cozy, with interesting artwork and carefully designed little details that create an intimate, charming atmosphere rather than an overly formal one. Breakfast was also very good, and every staff member I met was kind and helpful. I really enjoyed the comfortable, cozy character of this hotel and would happily stay here again.
