Quiet. Clean. Spacious. Very friendly owner. Simple but tasty breakfast. Bus to Venice around the corner. Parking spot on the premises.

Very good location. Parking on the property. The owner’s politeness and the comfortable bed. Delicious coffee for breakfast. Breakfast was too sweet: sugary flakes, sweet yogurt, and boxed juice, plus Nutella and jam. It was artificial and overly sweet. Definitely too sweet. Usually, plain muesli, natural yogurt, fresh fruit, and bread would suffice.
